Nick Polites

Since joining Alta Alloys from its inception in 2021, Nick has played an important role in the company’s growth and development and now serves as President. With aerospace metal processing experience in the high-temp nickel and titanium alloy industry dating back to 2008, his background spans operations, quality, safety, commercial strategy, and leadership. Having worked hands-on in nearly every aspect of the industry, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to supporting both customers and the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Alex Simcox

Alex has worked in the high temperature alloy and titanium scrap industry since 2013 and joined Alta Alloys as Executive Vice President in the summer of 2025.  Alex brings extensive experience in commercial leadership and operational management to supply the aerospace, petro chemical, and medical industries.  Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active, engaging in outdoor activities, and traveling.
